We wanted to let the patients know that after much consideration of the rising costs of not only the cost of living, but the cost of our supplies and utilities, I have raised the fees for the dental cleaning visits.  I just wanted to make you aware of these increases.  The adults prophylaxis has been raised by $10. This may mean a little more out of pocket expense for the patient.
